Feral Tyler - SaGa Frontier 2

Tyler, one of Wil Knights' partners, who (although it is never revealed in the game) is actually a half-man, half-wolf
creature, here shown more in touch with his feral/tribal side. Assuming (as I did) that he IS half-man half-wolf, then
the black boots on his game sprite become furry legs with clawed toes... and he wears thick gloves, possibly to hide
the claws on his hands.

=====
Ahem. Okay. So I drew another male RPG character without a shirt on. This one's... uh... different! Seriously,
though, Tyler's kind of the anti-bishounen here... large powerful muscles, square face that's not pretty at all,
weird hair, and those wolf legs... but I still think he looks sexy. Ooooo.

I was aiming for a more natural and 'deep' coloration in this picture. I'm really pleased with the skin tones and the
depth of the hair, both on his head and on his legs... his leg fur actually looks soft. I also did a seriously better
job on his musculature. (Muscles are easier for me to draw than clothing folds. Maybe THAT's why I draw
shirtless men.... naaah.) The suede textures on the clothing came out well, and I certainly had fun drawing
all that tribal jewelry... and his hands! These are definitely the best hands I've ever drawn.

The pose mostly works. I was trying to deal with torsion AND foreshortening, both for the first time, but he
came out pretty well anyway. He's supposed to be kneeling, in case you can't tell.
What do I NOT like? Well, shading the pants gave me hell, although I'm not sure why. It just took forever to
get something that looked even halfway decent. I guess his hair is a bit two-d, but it's not TOO bad. I
guess I just... mostly like this picture. Wow. You don't hear me say THAT too often.
