LiveJournal Ficbit Challenge No. 1

It started as a LiveJournal thing. Fic writers threw an entry open to the public, inviting people to tell them what to write; anyone who wanted to could suggest a character, a pairing, and/or a basic setup, and the writer would then attempt to produce a tiny ficbit (100-500 words, usually, although they often went over) on just that subject. Hopefully. Sometimes, though, the writer would have fun with you instead.

The whole idea was to write as quickly and productively as possible, and a whole bunch of us participated (and, it must be said, gleefully challenged each other to write things as well).

In the end, I wrote seventeen short fics in the space of three days, or approximately 6400 words. They range from 'okay' to 'good' to 'OH MY GOD I AM SO ASHAMED OF MYSELF'. The original LiveJournal thread in which I posted my fics is here, complete with the occasional misspelling, lapse of continuity, and, oh yes, everybody's original requests and comments.

I've cleaned up the spelling and continuity errors and archived the seventeen short fics here, including the horrifically embarrassing ones. We plan to do this again in a few months, which should explain the 'No. 1' in the title.
