Somewhere underneath all that pixelated artsy is, in fact, a fairly direct reference to That Scene from Double Down. The icon makes that a lot clearer. Of course, in said scene, Jeremy wasn't--couldn't be!--wearing his catsuit, but I've been using the catsuit as a handy-dandy signifier for 'these hands are Jeremy's', so I said to hell with it and put the catsuit in. Drawn as part of an icon commission. The associated icon is free for use on your Livejournal or wherever. A link and credit would be nice, although not required.
